my return

I've been struggling to exercise again. After not working out for three weeks, I started back today. Did a short eight minutes workout of squats, running in place and jumping jacks. Will workout tomorrow too. I've been eating both good and bad. The good apples, plums, pecans, spinach, lean meat and water. The bad cookies and muffins. Sorry for the long time since I've blogged. I will pick that up too. Next time take care and God Bless.
