Up Four Pounds

Didn't exercise for two weeks and ate like a pig. Frustrated with working out and gaining weight or little weight loss. Just enjoyed food and took it easy. I ate cookies, cheesecake, ice cream, and stuff all day long. Morning, noon and night ate what I wanted and didn't exercise at all.

Got on the scale this morning and had gained four pounds. My weight is back up to 281 pounds. My new plan is to begin to exercise today and workout everyday. Cutting back on the desserts, watching what I eat at night, eating plenty of fruit and drinking lots of water.
