My back has been hurting for weeks and this past weekend it went completely out. I did like five sprints and some jumping jacks. Then later it went completely out.
I'm in terrible pain and trying everything I know to ease it. pain pills, laying in bed for hours, ice, heat, and some of my physical therapy exercises. I had lost a pound last month and had turned a corner and now this has happened.
i now weigh 286 pounds and 10 pounds for the year. so after losing 23 pounds by the spring i had regained 13 pounds. once i get my back pain resolved, i'll continue my quest. Until next time take care and God Bless.
